Joe started drifting around 2018 with Drift Indy in Ohio, learning in a beat-up BMW E46 sedan while preparing the 350Z that has slowly gotten out of hand into the 500 whp build it is today. The car now runs a VQ35HR with a Vortech V3 Si supercharger, Just Engineering angle, BC DS coilovers, and Zeknova rear tires.

Joe has been competing since 2021 and has finished top-four in series points between CMD and MB Drift every year since, something he is proud of. The long-term plan is to combine a VHR bottom end with HR heads, move to E85, and build a reliable, safe 550-600 whp setup.

His goal is to eventually attempt a ProSpec license. The Dr Slideways Racing program is backed by Blacktop Bakery and NC Driveline, with Just Engineering and Stage Wheels also supporting the program along the way.
