RZ-66C painter blank: ready for custom graphics

The Zamp RZ-66C Custom Painter Blank is a Snell SA2025 full-face helmet built for serious asphalt racing. Its carbon-mix shell combines lightweight construction, ventilation, aerodynamics, and a removable interior with a surface prepared for a custom paint or graphics program.

Painter-blank package: The helmet is ready for custom graphics out of the box. Zamp supplies the trim and interior components in the box so they can be installed after the paint and graphics work is finished.

Key RZ-66C features

  • Snell SA2025 approved: Built to the current Snell auto-racing helmet standard. Confirm that SA2025 is accepted by your event or sanctioning body before ordering.
  • Carbon-mix shell: A lightweight shell designed to reduce driver fatigue during longer sessions.
  • DDAIR 360-degree air channeling: Dual-density channels direct forced air around the helmet for more complete cooling.
  • Tri-Tech ventilation: Adjustable inlets on the top and both sides of the chin bar support natural airflow, forced air, or air plugs.
  • Integrated aerodynamics: Aero lips are built into the shell. An adjustable rear spoiler and chin-bar front spoiler are optional accessories.
  • 28 Series plush interior: The fire-retardant cheek pads and crown liner are ultra-soft, removable, and washable.
  • Z-20 shield system: Includes a clear anti-fog shield with tensioning tear-off posts. It accepts 12.125-inch banana-style tear-offs and Z Optics P208Z tear-offs.
  • Hydration and audio ready: A center chin-bar hydration port includes a removable plug. Ear pads are included; optional ear cups can be added for noise reduction or communications integration.
  • Head-and-neck-restraint ready: M6 inserts support compatible restraint hardware.

Before ordering, measure around the widest part of your head, usually just above the eyebrows and ears. Use centimeters when possible and compare that measurement to the helmet size chart.

  • A proper helmet should feel snug around the crown and cheeks.
